Welcome to Norwayne Local

The Norwayne Local School District has historically rated very well on the State Report Card.   Our challenge as a district is not only to maintain our high ratings but to respond to the new challenges facing education today.

Girls Basketball Golf Scramble

Please see the attached notice for the Norwayne Girls' Basketball "3 Club" Scramble to be held at the Pines Golf Club on May 7, 2017.  All proceeds benefit Norwayne Girls' Basketball.

Distinguished Service Award Nomination

Please complete the attached form to nominate the person you believe exemplifies the qualifications listed on the form.  Forms must be received by May 1, 2017.  Winner will be chosen from the nominations received by that date.  With questions, please contact the district office at 330-435-6382.

The Norwayne High School Digital Design class is offering Bobcat Items for sale.  Please see the attached order form to place an order.  The form should be turned in to Norwayne High School 350 S Main St, Creston 44217 to the attention of The Digital Design Class.

The Girls Basketball team are selling Dairy Queen Cards. You "Buy One Medium Blizzard and Get One of the same FREE!"  Can be used up to 36 times.The card expires on 12/31/2017.

Online Parent Access - Food Service

Norwayne Local Schools have moved to the PayForIt System. This service provides parents with a secure, fast, and convenient way to view and manage student lunch activity.

WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF-SALT

 The Wayne County Sheriff's office is now providing substance abuse awareness notifications and updates through text messaging. Please text the word SALT to 888777 to receive these notifications. Knowledge and awareness of substance abuse by our community members can help in the battle against substance abuse in our area.

 

District Calendar

The 2-hour delay scheduled for March 29, 2017 has been changed to March 22, 2017
