Central Registration
Norwayne Local School District - Registration Process
Students in PS - Grade 12 will register at the Central Registration office. Please call Mrs. Fran Smolko at 330-435-1156 to schedule an appointment.
Registration forms may be printed from our webpage. Select "Forms" from the lower, left hand column, then select your student(s) grade level.
The following documents are required for admittance to schools in the state of Ohio.
1) Birth Certificate
2) Immunization Record
3) Legal Documents - journal entry / court documents for custody verification if applicable
4) Proof of Residency
