Norwayne Local Schools has purchased a new calling/texting system to replace Ohio Alerts. This new system will be utilized to keep parents up-to-date on school emergencies, closings, attendance, tardiness, fee notices, grade reports and more.
The new system will pull the information we have in our Student Information System so it is very important that parents complete the Student Emergency Form accurately and keep the school office updated on any phone, e-mail or address changes.
We can designate as many people as you would like to receive these notifications. There is also a new spot on the Emergency Form where you can indicate whether you want to receive text messages with each phone number. We believe this new system will make sure you get the most accurate information as quickly as possible.
