-Keep collecting box tops.  Turn in deadline is October 22nd.  The homeroom with the most will receive a party.

-Just a reminder students should not be wearing flip flops or slides because they don’t have a strap on the back.  Shoes should have a strap on the back of the shoes.

-Lost and found is located by the art room.  Please claim your missing items today.

-Attention 7th and 8th grade cross country:  If you are not running in the meet Saturday please return your uniform to the office by today.

-If any 6th grade boy is interested in parks and rec basketball and didn’t receive a form, please stop in the office for one.

-Religious Ed is the beginning of the alphabet.

-Next week, October 22nd-26th, NMS will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week.  Red Ribbon Week is a national drug awareness campaign.  Each day we will have a different dress up theme.  Monday’s theme is “Bring drugs to a stop.”  Wear as much red as you can.  Students that participate will be entered into a drawing for prizes each day.  Life is your journey.  Travel drug free.

-Tickets for the 7th and 8th grade dance will be available on Monday during lunch. Tickets are $2.00 each.  Dress for the dance is Halloween Costumes or Norwayne spirit attire.  The dance is Friday, October 26th from 3:00-4:30 in the gym.
